Melba Bonelli, DMD President & CEO

For more than 20 years, Dr. Bonelli has been committed to providing the highest-quality dental care available. She is a Marlton dentist who conscientiously cares for each patient through the training of her staff and up-to-date technology.

As a Marlton dentist, Dr. Bonelli focuses on providing the latest technological breakthroughs in dental science and the finest dental associates and staff, which enable her to continually offer innovative products and services as well as unparalleled excellence in dental care.  As a result, she and her Marlton dentist staff offer the newest technology, including pain-free dentistry and advanced products and services such as Fastbraces.

Dr. Bonelli is a native of St. Thomas, the United States Virgin Islands. She has studied dental hygiene at the Forsyth School, Northeastern University in Boston, MA (1984). She earned her Doctorate Degree of Dental Medicine at Temple University School of Dentistry, Philadelphia, PA in 1992.

Additionally, she studied dentistry in the United States Air Force (USAF) at Bolling Air Force Base, Washington, D.C., where she completed her Advanced Education in General Dentistry training.

She currently is a member of the American Dental Association and Omicron Kappa Upsilon Honor Dental Society Dr. Bonelli separated from the USAF in 1995 and now resides in Marlton, NJ, where she owns and operates Dental Choice PC.

She is a knowledgeable and well versed Marlton dentist, who focuses on providing exceptional dentistry along with qualified and trained staff who utilizes the most advanced technology available. Dr. Bonelli has a reputation for experience, expertise, and dedication. 

David Henderson, Vice President and COO

Mr. David Henderson graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University in the Spring of 1987 and earned a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Psychology and Biology. He completed a post-graduate course curriculum at Medical College of Virginia School of Dentistry. Upon completion, he matriculated at Temple University School of Dentistry and completed his doctorate studies in the Spring of 1995. 

He has impacted communities in Richmond, VA and Trenton, NJ. In Richmond, VA he was committed to improving the socioeconomically depressed neighborhoods of Jackson Ward by serving on the Jackson Ward Community Development Corporation and the Vision 2000 Community Team in 1985 thru 1987. In Trenton, NJ he has served on the board of directors of a federally qualified health center, Henry J. Austin Health center treating medically underserved and underinsured populations as well as the health ministry committee at his church since 2010.   Mr. David Henderson is also a committed husband and father.

Kelvin L. Smith CPA, MBA, QPA, PHM – Chairman of the Board

Kelvin is known for his professional bookkeeping, accounting, and financial management services for over 35 years. He has specialized in nonprofit service for 25 of those 35 years.  Kelvin has received a Bachelor of Science in Commerce Degree in 1978 with a major in accounting from Rider University.  In December 2005, Kelvin also received a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Management from Eastern University in St. Davis, PA.   In addition to his degrees, Kelvin is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the State of New Jersey, Qualified Purchasing Agent, and a Certified Public Housing Manager (PHM). 

Kelvin belongs to a small group of people in the country who possess both a CPA license and a MBA degree.   He is always willing to assist and guide the small to medium size business organizations in whatever manner that is possible, as a way of giving back to the community, and providing great customer service to all stakeholders.

Over the last 35 years, Kelvin has been blessed with the opportunity to be the first African American to serve in several financial management leadership positions throughout the State of New Jersey.  He has also served as a Credit Analyst, Payroll Manager, Fiscal Director, Fiscal Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Director of Finance and Controller for Mercer County Community College, where he served as the Chief Accountant for the College. 

Kelvin is currently employed as a School Business Administrator\Board Secretary, Adjunct College Professor for three colleges\universities, as well as owner of his CPA practice. All of these professional level opportunities has provided him with a wealth of knowledge to perform a host of services to the public, as well as, private sector for the financial and business services industries.   Kelvin former and present affiliations are as follows.

Kelvin is married and has two adult children who along with his wife possess graduate level degrees and provide managerial level services to various social service type organizations.

Clarence Pollard – Honorary Director

Clarence Pollard is currently the Vice President of Construction for TD Bank corporation.

He is responsible for the development, construction, and overall budgets for all new projects in New Jersey Pennsylvania and Long Island New York. Clarence is held this position for the last eight years.

An architect by degree Clarence began his career as a Store Designer for the legendary Hill Refrigeration Corporation where he spent the first five years designing supermarkets for such outstanding stores ass Publix, Wegmans, and Super Fresh markets.

In 1980 Clarence accepted the position as Corporate Architect for the ShopRite Supermarket Corporation. Over the next 15years. Clarence was influential in designing over 50 new supermarkets including the new corporate standard design which is still used today.

In an attempt to expand his knowledge of construction, Clarence accepted a position as Regional Construction Director for the Burger King Corporation. While there  he built over 40 new stores in New York, Philadelphia, Delaware, Virginia, Maryland, and Ohio.

A graduate of Architecture from Mercer College and Temple University.

Clarence resides in Lawrence, New Jersey with his Ursula, and their two daughter Chyna and Alexandra.

Susie Paige – Secretary of the Board

Susie M. Paige resides in her native Philadelphia, PA.  Susie has worked at the Internal Revenue Service since 1987 progressing from clerk and administrative assistant to her current position as a performance management analyst. She received a Mass Communications B.A. in 1978 from California State University, Northridge. 

Susie’s is a member of Nazarene Baptist Church, West Mt. Airy Neighbors, Carpenter’s Woods Town Watch and GirlTrek. Single, with no children, she is affectionately known as “Aunt Mama” to her dozen nieces and nephews.

Dr. Alrene Robinson – Honorary Board Director

Dr. Alrene Robinson graduated from UMDNJ / New Jersey Dental School in 1994. She completed her AEGD residency at UMDNJ / Stratford in 1996. She then did a 2 year Geriatric fellowship also at UMDNJ / Stratford. For the past 15 years Dr. Robinson has been practicing public health dentistry.  In her spare time Dr. Robinson enjoys reading, and traveling.

Brian Telfair – Director

Brian K. Telfair received his Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Virginia State University in 1983. He received a Master’s in Education from the University of Massachusetts-Amherst in 1985. He received his Juris Doctorate from the College of William & Mary Law School in 1990. While at William & Mary, he was a member of the Moot Court Board (Research Justice) and was named to the Order of the Barristers.

Upon graduating law school, Mr. Telfair went in-house where the represented The Dow Chemical Company in toxic tort matters. He then joined MillerCanfield in 1992 where he handled numerous motions, non-jury and jury trials. Mr. Telfair returned to Virginia in 1996 when he joined the law firm of Wilder & Gregory. While there, Mr. Telfair established himself as a learned counsel who was not afraid to take a case to trial. In 1996, he joined the law firm of Bowman & Brooke, LLP where he specialized in complex catastrophic injury cases involving allegations of product defect. This representation continued at stops at WombleCarlyle (2005) and LeClairRyan (2008).

Recently, Mr. Telfair opened the Telfair Law Firm, LLC in 2017. To date, Mr. Telfair has handled thousands of cases both civil and criminal. He is rated AV Pre-eminent by Martindale Hubbell. In 2015, Virginia Business Magazine named him one of the Commonwealth’s top corporate counsel. In 2016, Virginia Business Magazine named him one of the top civil litigators in Virginia.

Dr. Cory Hasenauer – Director

Corey Hasenauer, D.D.S. dedicated his practice to senior dental needs after graduating from the University of Nebraska in 2000. His services began in Denver, Colorado and his practice grew to serve over 30 retirement communities in the Denver Metro area. He has served on the Colorado Governor’s Dental Advisory Committee, provided oral health training to health care providers and care givers through retirement communities and the Alzheimer’s Association, developed an innovative oral health program for seniors and has taken many hours of continuing education– from implants to hospital dentistry. In 2014 Dr. Corey and his wife Kylie moved to Pennsylvania to be close to her family. They love the outdoors, travel, antiques and improv comedy.

Malvina G Burke – Director

Malvina G. Burke has been a Registered Nurse for more than 30 years, and is licensed in PA and NJ. She has provided patient care in the inpatient and outpatient settings for Cardiac Critical Care, Specialty Pharmacy and HIV/AIDS at Lehigh Valley Hospital Health Network, Allentown, PA. After 18 years of committed service to Lehigh Valley Hospital, she moved to Southern NJ and began a career within the pharmaceutical industry as a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative with Boehringer Ingelheim Pharmaceuticals, Inc. for nearly five years. Malvina returned to patient care providing remote medical advice and authorization of services for active overseas service members and their beneficiaries living within the Western hemisphere (Mexico, Central America, South America, Puerto Rico and the Caribbean), who were receiving Tricare Overseas Benefits. Last year, Malvina returned to the pharmaceutical industry as a Clinical Nurse Educator for a major pharmaceutical company. In this role, she is able to expand upon her nursing knowledge and provide the services needed by her patients.

Malvina was born and raised in the Bronx, NY, and moved to Easton, PA with her family in her tween years. After graduating from high school, she entered and graduated from the Allentown Hospital School of Nursing, Allentown, PA earning a Diploma in Nursing, and soon after she returned to school earning a B.S. in Nursing from Cedar Crest College, Allentown, PA.

Malvina lives in Southern NJ with her husband, Adrian and their eight year old son. She remains committed to equipping others with the knowledge of maintaining good health practices for a healthy well-being.

Janice Masud Paul – Director

Ms. Masud-Paul is a registered dietitian-nutritionist. She has experience in nutrition assessment, education, and counseling and promotes wellness through good nutrition and exercise.  She currently provides research support and instruction in data and information literacy for the College of Nursing and Health Professions, Food Science and Culinary Arts programs at Drexel. Prior to her work at Drexel she served for more than 20 years as an information specialist and technology director in academic, county and corporate environments.

Ms. Masud-Paul earned a Master’s in Public Health and Masters of Information Science from Drexel University and a BS in the Coordinated Dietetics program at Rutgers University.

She is passionate about providing and simplifying access to information because of its capacity to facilitate research, improve health and change lives.    She is particularly interested in addressing healthcare disparities among the poor and underinsured. As an RDN and librarian she utilizes her knowledge of public health, nutrition, information resources and technology to improve access to data for health practitioners, patients and the community.

She is currently active in several professional organizations including the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, the American Public Health Association and the Medical Library Association. Ms. Masud-Paul is a native of Philadelphia PA, and resides in Cherry Hill, NJ.

She enjoys traveling and loves learning about cultures through their foodways.

Clarice Taylor – Director

Clarice H. Taylor’s career has taken her through over 30 years of corporate experience working in R&D and throughout the Supply Chain. She recently retired as Worldwide Director, Global Quality Systems Certification & Compliance at Colgate-Palmolive Company. Clarice is recognized by management and colleagues for cross-functional expertise, promoting teamwork, business ethics and results orientation.  Currently, Clarice is President of TayClaire Next Level Solutions, LLC consulting firm.

Clarice is a native New Yorker – born and raised in NYC. She received her Bachelors of Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute majoring in Chemistry and her Masters of Arts degree from University of Phoenix majoring in Organizational Management. Clarice has a 25 year record of active participation in The Links, Incorporated. She is a past Chapter President of the Bucks County, PA chapter and has served in several leadership roles. Clarice is the Links National Oral Health Initiative leader which includes managing a partnership between Colgate-Palmolive Company and The Links, Incorporated to serve needy communities.

Clarice is a past six year member of the Trenton Children’s Chorus Board of Directors and is currently on the Gracious Smiles and the Isles Boards.

Clarice has brought the Colgate Bright Smile Bright Futures dental van to Shiloh Baptist Church Backpack giveaway for several years, which offers free dental screening and oral health education to 1000+ Trenton children up to 12 years old. She has also been a member of the Anna Louise White Missionary Society. Clarice is married to Michael Taylor and they have two daughters and two grandsons.

James Kelly – Director

James Kelly has over 25 years of experience in the technology arena.   James has designing and implementing technologies, methodologies and best practices for both the private and public sectors.
